Some of the following classes are for those who — in addition to a strong personal practice — are also called to train for healing work on behalf of others.  

All classes are held at a private location in the Denver, Colorado, area. 

Class groups are generally small, allowing for lots of personal attention.

Soul Retrieval — Training for Healers

A special session of this training,

happening on Sundays and Mondays, Feb. 26 & 27, and Mar 4 & 5.

Cost: $295 - $350 (sliding scale)

Soul Retrieval is a vital component in shamanic healing.  In this practice, we work with our spirit-plane allies to locate those parts of the client’s soul that have fragmented off in times of trauma to avoid being injured.  Reading Soul Retrieval: Mending the Fragmented Self by Sandra Ingerman and/or the page on this website will help give a clear picture of what can be involved.

We’ll explore and carefully train in the Soul Retrieval technique, and then move on to work with the equally important follow-up practices used to fully support clients on their healing path.

Shamanic Extraction of Misplaced Energy — Training for Healers

Saturday and Sunday, March 10 & 11, 2012 - all day both days, with an evening session on Saturday nights.

A follow-up practice session is projected (students will decide the date).

Cost: $125 - $150 (sliding scale)

In shamanic extraction, we work with our spirit-plane allies to locate and remove misplaced energies that are causing trouble for the client.  It’s a very traditional practice, and a powerful tool for healing.  Done well, you “liberate” these invasive, stuck energies out of the client, and help them go where they need to go.  Done not-so-well, you risk taking those misplaced energies into yourself.  Hence, careful training. 

You’ll learn:

1. -Which Power Animal or Spiritual Guide will be your main ally in this work
   

2. -How to be fully connected with your ally and own spiritual power, for security and strength as you work
   

3. -How to identify a client’s spiritual intrusions, and then compassionately, effectively remove them
   

4. -How to use a variety of shamanic diagnostic techniques
   

5. -and more.

Death & Dying: the Shamanic Psychopomp

Saturday and Sunday, June 9 and 10, 2012, all day both days

Cost: $100-$140 (self-determined sliding scale)

Where are we going when we leave? How can “stuck” souls be assisted across to the Other Side?  How can we work compassionately with the dying and deceased? How can we get past our fear of (...spooky music...) death? Especially our own?
This is the classic role of the psychopomp, the trained spiritual adept who helps guide spirits to the Other Side. 

We'll cover:
– Working in good partnership with our own spirit guides for psychopomping spirits
– A deep journeying look at where we each go after departing this life
– Discovering personal "passageways" between worlds
– Practice in moving "between the veils" to and from the Other Side
– Profoundly healing Psychic Dismemberment work
– Ways to help transitioning loved ones to find clear pathways to the Other Side
– Ways to assist and shift "stuck" departed spirits so they can fully cross over

This serious but life-enhancing class is considered advanced, but is not just for those on a healer’s path: this is useful information for all.  It’s great training for health-care and hospice workers, and those supporting family & friends in end-of-life transitions.
